Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring performance levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for hiring, training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
- Ensure sales goals are attained (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Contact all customers for appointment verification as well as follow-up.
- Manage daily activity of the sales staff using Reynolds & Reynolds E-Leads
- Ensure sales people are engaging with customers,
- Sales management speaks to every customer.
- Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Sales Management and/or Finance Management experience (minimum).
- Must have some experience with using Reynolds & Reynolds, E-Leads
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
