Responsibilities

  • Make initial sales calls and any necessary follow-up phone calls to prospective clients
  • Follow-up with clients via email as necessary
  • Prospect current customer database to provide additional products and services based on their needs
  • Solution selling and education of customers
  • Pre-qualifying customers and dispersing them to the correct department
  • Appropriately managing leads that enter the system for the Sales Agent
  • Book and complete follow-up appointments with prospective customers for their assigned Sales Agent
  • Maintain lead tracking database
  • Taking Tee up calls / proper discovery
  • Setting appointments for Tee up calls
  • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered
  • Meet daily and monthly quotas/goals
  • Regular and consistent attendance congruent with the assigned Sales Agent's needs
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
