Our Client is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of the below.

Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Fleet Manager with tasks related to the vehicle assets and processes.
    • Assist with general administrative duties, data entry, filing, reception and phones as required.

Qualifications:

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
    • Mathematical Skills- Intermediate Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Excel and mathematical data and analysis involved.
    • Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables. Will be dealing with compliance issues.
