Archer Technologies LLC is seeking a Special Projects & Revenue Manager to support financial activities and resolve issues for both internal and external customers.   • Solve technology and systems issues and upgrades, to assist in system implementations/testing from accounting/revenue perspective.
  • Assist in technology Integration projects, as needed.
  • Perform general accounting and tax preparation analysis special projects as needed.
  • Perform revenue analysis and revenue reporting activities for audit preparation.
  • Analyze month-end revenue, quarter end revenue and annual revenue and revenue reconciliations.
  • Follow company's revenue recognition policies and procedures in preparing the revenue recognition analysis.
  • Review and recommend improvements to revenue recognition processes.
  • Review and analyze various reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other source documentation/reports.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Legal, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Support, IT and External Auditors.

Qualifications

Required

  • NetSuite experience
  • Hands on approach
  • Self-starter, highly autonomous and high level of attention to detail required
  • Finance & Accounting systems implementation experience
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and Rev rec experience
  • Business analyst/partner experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel

Preferred

  • Prior experience with multi-currency multi-subsidiary consolidations and CTA translations
  • Experience working through the monthly close for a global organization (e.g. multi-subsidiary, multi-currency)
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime, including weekends

Archer is currently seeking a Special Projects & Revenue Manager - Remote to be responsible for financial support activities as well as resolves issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers. Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/finance functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax or related financial area. Reconciles bank accounts, posts information, balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payments and compiles segments of monthly closings and annual reports. Runs various financial reports to provide to team and/or leadership.

  • Review customer documentation to analyze and assess appropriate revenue recognition to ensure compliance ASC 606 and company's policy.

  • Analyze complex revenue related arrangements and customer's agreement.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Legal, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Support, IT and External Auditors.
  • Review and recommend improvements to revenue recognition processes.

Requirements:

  • Enjoys working closely with other team members, including but not limited to helping resolve questions/issues as they arise and provide technical feedback on the work product of your colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime, including weekends.
