Qualifications

Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, preferably with experience in SAP reporting solutions.
  • Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and relevant SAP software solutions, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage schedules effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in conducting business process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Four years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.

Preferred

  • ITIL Foundations certification
