The Program Analyst at Easterseals New Hampshire plays a crucial role in supporting program leadership through process improvements, data collection, analytics, and reporting on program quality, regulatory compliance, grants, and outcome metrics.   • Support the development of new/revised reporting on program quality improvement, regulatory/accreditation compliance, grant outcomes and client progress outcome metrics.
  • Document requirements for data format needed for reporting.
  • Design and implement appropriate system for data collection (if needed).
  • Develop reports on platform appropriate for program requirements.
  • Create formal analysis report content, format and frequency.
  • Analyze and prepare regular reports for presentation to program team.
  • Manage program customer experience survey data collection and reporting.
  • Document requirements for survey content and recommended data collection method.
  • Develops survey on platform appropriate for ease of survey response and reporting
  • Determine and monitor survey completion metrics for data validity
  • Assist program with functionality enhancement development to existing client health record systems.
  • Advise program on configuration options within existing system functionality.
  • Document functional requirements for any enhancement needed in system that require development.
  • Collaborate with IT or program system lead on development.
  • Assist with testing and review of development with program and communicate issues/feedback to development team.
  • Prepare documentation for program users.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration/analysis or experience in related field
  • Three (3) + years' experience in business or data analysis role
  • Experience in reporting tool or business intelligence modeling (Power BI helpful)
  • Relational database experience
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communications
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Comprehends and follows written and verbal instructions
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Project management and/or training experience

Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

We are looking for a Program Analyst to join our team! The individual in this key position will assist program leadership in attaining objectives through process improvements, data collection, analytics and reporting on program quality, regulatory compliance, grants and outcome metrics.

The Program Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Hours: This is a full-time position.

Compensation: $65,000 annually.

Location: Remote, ability to attend regular meetings in Manchester.
