  • Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations, and maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally within the Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing sectors.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics being a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics, KPI development, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Experience in building and maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating terms.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Sourcing: Procure materials and equipment for Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing projects, working closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to delivery schedules.
