- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for easy consumption by business users.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field (Top University); Master's degree a plus
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex quantitative insights into actionable recommendations understandable by non-experts.
- Ability to approach complex challenges systematically and with innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python or R.
- Experience with data manipulation tools and libraries such as pandas and NumPy, and platforms for data analysis like Jupyter Notebooks.
- Ability to create meaningful visualizations of complex data sets.
- Knowledge of big data tools like pySpark, or Databricks.
- Understanding of SQL for data querying, as well as experience with NoSQL databases for unstructured data.

- Model Improvement: Continuously monitor the performance of deployed models and identify opportunities for enhancement. Update models with new data, tweak parameters, or experiment with different modeling techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency. Propose new data sources and methodologies to advance knowledge of the area
- Model Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of machine learning models using appropriate metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score) to measure performance against business objectives.Present results in a clear manner to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Analytics: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to gain insights and understand underlying patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for easy consumption by business users.
