Qualifications

Required

  • Strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field (Top University); Master's degree a plus
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex quantitative insights into actionable recommendations understandable by non-experts.
  • Ability to approach complex challenges systematically and with innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python or R.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Model Development and Testing: Implement and fine-tune machine learning models based on specifications from senior team members or research outcomes. Run tests to ensure models are robust and performant under different scenarios, using cross-validation and A/B testing techniques.
