Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years experience managing a team of digital product managers in a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor a team of digital product managers.
  • Skilled in defining and communicating compelling product visions.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies.
  • Adept at conducting user research and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proven track record of identifying and solving complex problems.
  • Skilled in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
