Responsibilities

  • Turning complex and technical concepts into experiences that feel simple and straightforward.
  • Crafting scenarios, user flows, wireframes, and working prototypes that clearly communicate design intent to everyone, designers and non-designers alike.
  • Working directly with engineers and PMs on projects from beginning to end, working together to create beautiful and intuitive product experiences.
  • Collaborating closely with your peers in the design as well as the broader experience organization, including user research and content experience teams.
  • Contribute to shared initiatives and operational improvements that drive positive impact for the team at large.
  • Fostering a healthy design practice by giving and receiving feedback with maturity and perspective.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3 or more years’ experience doing UX design in complex, technical product spaces.
  • Background in HCI, Design, or a related field.
  • Deep experience crafting and leading user-centered design solutions across a range of platforms and business contexts.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing data and using analytic software products.
  • Ability to understand data, patterns, and trends.
  • Strategic thinking and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to driving projects to success.
  • Identification and management of risks in projects.
  • Life-long learning attitude with a willingness to share new design tools and processes.
