  • Partner with Integrated Services and Independent Agent Marketing teams to design, operationalize, and maintain our digital asset management ecosystem.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all marketing web reporting tools.
  • Assist the Independent Agent Marketing team with generating and customizing reports.
  • Perform minor publishing tasks across the Independent Agent CMS.
  • Create personalized campaign lists for the Digital Marketing team using our CRM tool.
  • Manage day-to-day budget for the broader Independent Agent Marketing team.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
  • Experience working with and/or managing outside agencies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Budget management and project management experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of insurance industry, products, services, and trends
  • Actively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations

Create personalized campaign lists for the Digital Marketing team using our CRM tool.
