Job Description: As a Software Engineer in this contingent resource assignment, you will:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables.
- Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
Job Expectations:

Responsibilities:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments for Azure Public Cloud.
- Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs associated with the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
- Review moderately complex technical challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
- Continually learn and develop.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other developers.
- Apply creative thinking to identify and work around process design.
- Create process definitions and standards, ensuring project documents are shared on time with relevant parties.
- Contribute to the creation of standard approaches and techniques.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, and .NET design patterns such as Factory, Builder, MVC, Entity Framework, DAO, and Singleton Pattern.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud development and deployment, especially in Kubernetes orchestration with AKS, Microservices, Web Application, Batch Application, Functions, Message Bus integration, MS SQL, and other blueprints.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, React, and data modeling languages such as XML, YAML, and JSON.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Servers, non-SQL, MongoDB, and other standard database query tools.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with web services such as SOAP and REST using OAuth and JWT, ASP.NET Web API, and ODATA.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and scripting languages such as Go, Python, Batch, PowerShell, etc.
- Experience working with Power BI reporting and dashboarding platforms.
- Hands-on development experience with Ansible APIs and Playbooks.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development methodology and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Harness, YAML, and Artifactory.
- Experience with different SDLC methodologies like Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and JIRA boards.
- Experience in developing unit tests and integration tests such as XUnit and MSTest.
