  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal/external customers
  • Independently, communication skills (will be working with customers and vendors regarding documentation fulfillment)
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good humor and professional demeanor
  • Excellent grammar and writing ability
  • Strong computer skills - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
