Job Opportunity for Paralegal with Reputable Law Firm in Westlake Village
Requirements
Job Description:
+ Basic discovery, setting up captions, pleadings and complaint shells in working with attorney.
+ E-file with the state and federal courts using an attorney service.
+ Read documents and create memos for attorneys.
+ Work closely with Legal Secretary and with clients.
+ Ideally 3+ years of experience in business law i.e shareholder/partnership disputes, civil litigation, real estate OR probate.
+ Paralegal Certificate preferred.
+ Trial experience a plus (not req'd).
+ Bilingual in Spanish a plus (not req'd).
