- Drive the NA product requirements into the WW product marketing team
- Drive the marketing requirements into the NA and WW marketing teams
- Collaborate with the sales segments (Corporate, Global, Public Sector, SMB, Web) to develop sales strategies and marketing tactics to achieve the financial goals of his/her assigned products
- Educate and enable the Lenovo Sellers and Channel Partners on his/her assigned products
- Team with the Lenovo Sellers and Channel Partners to close deals
- Create a competitive and timely portfolio for our SMB and Web business
- Ensure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with sales, GSC and supply/demand planning to determine the appropriate level of parts risk required to maximize sales and minimize aged inventory
- Announce products on-time with the appropriate sales enablement (CRM, Web, datasheets, presentations, supply planning, pricing, training, etc.)
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong financial skills to develop and evaluate investment proposals
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple teams such as worldwide product marketing, relationship sales, channel sales, web sales, marketing, finance and supply chain to achieve the financial goals of his/her assigned products
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
- Experience with the entire product lifecycle management

**Description and Requirements**
The NA Commercial Product Manager will be responsible for achieving the sales and financial goals for his/her assigned products. The ideal candidate will have product management experience in the IT industry and have the ability to articulate a thorough understanding of his/her assigned products. He/she will be responsible for the traditional product management responsibilities of maximizing sales by managing the product life cycle (product requirements, supply/demand planning, product launch, sales enablement, sales training, and product sunset).
The NA Product Manager will:
+ Have a deep understanding of the commercial product market including customer requirements, competitive positioning and technology trends
+ Understand the competitive landscape and develop sales and marketing tactics to take advantage of our strengths and minimize the risk of our weaknesses
