Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience and comprehensive knowledge of dining room service techniques, resident relations, plate presentation, sanitation, food handling, personnel administration, and special functions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Must be self-directed and dependable.
  • Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays
