Qualifications

Required

  • Attend college/university in the U.S.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2024 - June 2025 from Bachelor's or Master's program
  • If pursuing a Master's degree, it must be within 2 years of receiving Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility/adaptability to changeable directives
  • A team player passionate about public sector institutions and a high level of motivation to learn about and work with public sector clients
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
  • Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills

As a central part of the firm's plans to further expand its successful banking franchise, the Global Corporate Banking Full-Time Analyst Program offers exciting opportunities as a place to work. Our Public Sector group covers government agencies, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and multilateral development bank clients around the world. We support our clients tactically in delivering the firm to them and strategically as legislation creates financing opportunities in sustainable projects and initiatives for the public good. We build relationships with clients' senior leadership including strategic decision makers, investment management, and risk management. Our work is global in terms of geography and firm-wide in terms of products, linkage, and interaction with product, legal, credit and risk teams.

As a Full-Time Analyst within the Global Corporate Banking Public Sector team, you will work with industry experts as a team, drawing from the full spectrum of the firm's resources, to develop customized financial solutions to meet the needs of clients. Analysts work with team members of all seniority levels by assisting them with all client activities (marketing, execution and on-going relationship management). Analysts assume responsibility for managing internal processes for deal executions, internal approvals, business aspects of regulatory reporting and ongoing management of client relationship.

Our Full-Time Analyst Program kicks off with an Investment Banking training program, giving you key technical and practical knowledge. You'll also attend an additional Credit training program to round out your skills. This combination of training is unique to our program and will provide you with a foundation to advise complex clients across our full product suite.
