  • Coordinate quoting of nonstandard items through cost estimating.
  • Direct monitoring of customer metal consignment balances/metal deals.
  • Track and apply terms to customer refining orders.
  • Respond to and develop web enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the technical service team to address customer inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate customer needs for field-based Sales/Technical Services support.
  • Lead monthly forecasting process.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain teams for order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and manage customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Share customer and market insights with relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience

Incumbent must be responsive to customers' requirements by coordinating expediting of customer orders with plant scheduling, resolving complaints, processing invoices, ensuring accounts are paid in full and maintained with established credit terms.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with existing and potential customers, coordinating sales of precious metal and Nitro products via a virtual role. Incumbent must be responsive to customers' requirements by coordinating expediting of customer orders with plant scheduling, resolving complaints, processing invoices, ensuring accounts are paid in full and maintained with established credit terms.

**Your Responsibilities:**

+ Implementing the Inside Sales strategy aimed at delivering long-term value for both JM and the customer.

+ Interact daily with customers to provide outstanding customer service for the products and services of Nitro through telephone/email contact.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.

+ Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer interactions.

+ Develop an understanding of the Nitro product portfolio.

+ Order entry and verification of the customer's written purchase order, order confirmation, and invoice to be complete within 24 hours of receipt.

+ Prepare accurate price quotations based on JM availability and customer requirements.

+ Respond to all standard and nonstandard quote requests within 24 hours. Contact customer within specified time period to assist in follow-up on quotes.

+ Coordinate quoting of nonstandard items through cost estimating making certain that customer requirements are fully specified and clearly understood.

+ Direct monitoring of customer metal consignment balances/metal deals to ensure adequate quantity of metal is present to meet the business unit's financial and production requirements.

+ Tracking and applying terms to customer refining orders.

+ Responding to and developing web enquiries.

+ Collaborate with the technical service team to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

+ Identifying and escalating customer needs which may require field-based Sales/Technical Services support.

+ Lead monthly forecasting process by providing information on customer trends and tendencies to support revenue and S&OP demand forecasting.

+ Collaborate with the supply chain teams to ensure order processing and on-time delivery.

+ Monitor and manage customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

+ Share customer and market insights with relevant Catalyst Technologies teams to better understand market requirements and improve JM offerings.

+ Ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with JM code of ethics and EHS policy and practices.

**Requirements for the role:**

+ Bachelor's degree - Required
