Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of field experience in HVAC, with a strong understanding of commercial systems
  • Proficiency in communication and phone skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes
  • Familiarity with service management software, preferably Service Fusion or similar platforms
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems ranging from 1 ton to 200 tons
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of technicians effectively
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the HVAC industry
  • Certification or licensure in HVAC-related fields
