Job Scope:
An Assistant Project Manager holds a supporting role in working with the project team, holding responsibility of working the project from inception to close with detailed knowledge of each project phase and process. The Assistant Project Manager is the central hub of communication for the entire project team, including owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, project manager and superintendent. The most critical role of the Assistant Project Manager is that of information exchange. He/she makes sure all questions are answered and all those answers are distributed to the team in the field and to the owner representatives.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of three years of verifiable experience and be computer literate.
Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project and Outlook) is also preferred.
