  • Maintain existing reporting.
  • Manage access keys and security certificates.
  • Editing DNS records and domain configurations.
  • Disassociate VNET with hosted zone.
  • Prepare various utilization reports and share with stakeholders.
  • Identify Cloud optimization themes/levers and execute them as part of operations leveraging FinOps framework.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance/ corrective actions in accordance with policy.

Job Description:

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with some healthy mix of hands on experience in servers, storage, networking, and security since Azure is a combination of all these areas.
  • Experience working on Azure Govt Cloud Infrastructure – including hands on troubleshooting, hands on implementing and configuring, researching as well as architecting/designing solutions.
  • Experience as a track, tower or project lead with direct supervision of team members as it pertains to coaching them, developing them, managing/coordinating their productivity and delivery quality.
  • Perform Cloud environment health check (health checks, alarms, roles)
  • Monitor critical services and health of Cloud services
  • Start/stop/reboot VM as per planned activity
  • Create/delete snapshots
  • Implement Cloud compliance policies as per the BV corporate standards
  • Manage backup of production and non-production workloads as per BV policies
  • Operational tasks including
  • Create/modify/manage subnet, route tables and NACL
  • Launch/delete VM instances
  • Create/delete/Sync storage blob
  • Attach/detach volumes
  • Create/attach/detach auto scaling group, load balancer, managed disk & VM images
  • Manage user/group policies
  • Setup auto scaling with load balancer
  • Maintain existing reporting
  • Manage/analyzing Log metrics
  • Manage access keys and security certificates
  • Editing DNS records and domain configurations
  • Disassociate VNET with hosted zone
  • Prepare various utilization reports and share with stakeholders as per agreed timeline ex: cost reports, utilization reports etc.
  • Identify Cloud optimization themes/levers and execute them as part of operations leveraging FinOps framework
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance/ corrective actions in accordance with policy
