  • Work with the AI delivery team across all the pillars within the organization to scale data center delivery
  • Contribute to process optimization, stack ranking and working across the engineering teams
  • Focus on backlog management in ADO, taking requirements and grooming them down to writing business requirement documents and scenarios
  • Work with business stakeholders and creating business road maps

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

SUMMARY:

  • The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients

Typical Day in the Role:

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to work with the AI delivery team, working across all the pillars within the organization to scale data center delivery
  • Key Projects: This role will contribute to process optimization, stack ranking and working across the engineering teams. Will focus on backlog management in ADO. Taking the requirements and grooming them down to writing business requirement documents and scenarios. Business analyst working with the business stakeholders and creating business road maps
  • Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: The role will consist of the following, 50% meeting/ collaboration 50% system analysis -creating business requirement documentation -document management within ADO backlog -working with stakeholders in getting alignment to proposed solution – Will need to have good enough understanding of the requirements and being able to translate it


QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience required

  • Degrees or Certifications Required: computer science degree is required to be eligible for this role
