  • Keep abreast of current rental rates, floor plans, locations and all amenities of the property
  • Other functions as may be required by the position and property needs

Qualifications

Required

  • 3 plus years of property management experience in a property with 100+ units as well as lease up properties
  • Knowledge of Yardi software/Yardi CRM
  • Sales and/or leasing experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • General office experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite required
  • Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management
  • Must be extremely organized, oriented and able to multi-task

Moss & Company is currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our 91-unit property in Bellflower, California.


The Property

The Position

As the Assistant Property Manager, you are a team builder and help provide support and direction to ensure high level of Employee and Resident Engagement.
