  • Handles Employee Relations issues; Participates in internal investigations
  • Participates in the learning and development provided to staff, Conducts New Hire Orientation
  • Assists with policy administration, including creating, updating, and interpreting policies
  • Provides general HR support and guidance to all domestic and international offices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience in a professional services environment, preferably a Law Firm
  • Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Workday Proficiency
  • Previous experience with an LMS system
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Preferred

  • SPHR/PHR certification and/or advanced degree

Full Job Description

Actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The manager needs to have at least 7 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably with prior legal experience or within a professional services firm.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days In Office, 2 Days Working from Home) | Manhattan, NY

PAY: $115 - $130K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
