  • Frequently handle court appearances, depositions and meetings.
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications

Required

  • JD from an ABA school
  • Admitted to practice law in the State of California
  • 2-5 years of civil defense litigation experience
  • Strong oral and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The offices of Kjar, McKenna and Stockalper, LLP are currently seeking Associate Attorney's -2-5+ years’ experience with medical malpractice, and or elder law.

Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper, seeks assiduous and detail-oriented Associates to join our thriving Huntington Beach office, to practice on one of our Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, General Liability, Products Liability, Public Entity Defense and Municipal Liability focused teams.


All experience levels are desired and encouraged to apply. You must be licensed in the state of California to be considered for this position.
