Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Survey Project Manager who is a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) for our Richardson, TX office with great potential for career growth within the Halff organization.

Survey Project Manager - RPLS Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS).
• At least 2 years of demonstrated management experience as Licensed Surveyor.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor Survey Technicians.
• Ability to successfully manage projects including developing scope of work, schedule and fee.
• Supports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals.
• Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Survey Project Manager - RPLS Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with DOT or Land Development projects is a plus.
• Technical understanding with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D or Open roads MicroStation is a plus.

Experience with various municipalities in Dallas-Fort Worth metro area is a plus.
