  • Maintain project documentation, including cost analysis, time management, and engineering coordination.
  • Lead training for new equipment and fixtures, ensuring successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions effectively.

Qualifications

Required

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience, including 3+ in manufacturing
  • Experience with CNC lathing, PLC applications, and automation preferred
  • Proficiency in machine design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and complex machinery systems
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred

  • MS in Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems
