The Technical Project Manager at Apex Systems is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that often require engagement from multiple teams. Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that require engagement from multiple teams.
- Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, and ensuring compliance to standards.
- Providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
- Ensuring execution and delivery meet the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
- Coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitating dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Promoting/facilitating communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gathering/facilitating status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Supporting resource planning for delivery/execution.
- Ensuring delivery is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Scrum Master responsibilities with additional experience in portfolio level functions supporting end to end oversight and program delivery.
- Experience enacting change continuous improvement leading teams through release planning readiness, developing, and documenting standards, and maintaining project communications.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence as delivery is tracked across 20+ JIRA instances.
Qualifications
Required
- Previous Finance experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in Plano, TX

Description:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
- Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
- Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
- Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
- Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
