Job Description:
Our client is seeking a personable and motivated Temporary Office Clerk to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively and work independently. The chosen candidate must have solid business experience, with a focus in the area of Accounts Receivable. You will be the face of the organization, greeting visitors and answering phones so a cheery demeanor and exceptional customer service are important to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Office Manager with the daily administrative operations of the office and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Accounts Receivable
Must have a strong focus on Accounts Receivable, be skilled at collections and capable of producing results on past-due accounts in a timely manner.
Reception
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls.
General & Administrative
Ordering and managing office supplies, and monitoring supply inventory levels. Maintain a tidy and organized office environment. Ensure printers have paper and breakrooms have supplies. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Scanning documents, filing, and general administrative duties. Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned.
