  • Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Intune or other mobile device management solutions.
  • Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
