Astrix is seeking a Computer Equipment Integration Specialist to join a leading Biotech Research company.   • Integrating new hardware and complex systems (i.e., laboratory instrumentation with data collection software, EMS / BMS equipment & control / monitoring software) and PLC's
  • Determining that the outcome of the integration has met the organization’s needs
  • Educating the organization about the system and hardware integration procedure, its implementation and its use
  • Integrate ICT tools and implement hardware and software solutions across an organization or its different components
  • Broad range of software and other programming tasks to ensure that their systems integrations are functional
  • Technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • IT, Networking/Communication Sciences, Software Engineering degree is required
  • 2 years min in either equipment software integration or in IT networking

Terms: 6 month contract with potential for conversion

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (onsite)
  • 70k-80k DOE
