In this role, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely procurement, production, and distribution. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on supply chain needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruptions.
• Lead supply chain projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing international suppliers and global logistics.
• APICS or other supply chain certification.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in demand forecasting and planning.
