The Logistics Coordinator at Feetures will handle all domestic routing processes for inbound and outbound shipments at the Hickory Distribution Center. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse to manage bulk order shipments and processes for our national partners.
  • Own and manage routing guides and communicate/collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Operations team about changes made by national customers in shipping processes.
  • Run reports, apply information in shipping processes, and bridge communications between departments.
  • Coordinate with Inbound/Outbound and Purchasing Coordinator to manage LTL outbound shipments.
  • Works with warehouse team to ensure timely shipments according to vendor/partner routing procedures, labeling, and packing requirements.
  • Track research, and handle disputes and chargebacks related to shipping/labeling issues for national partners.
  • Consistently collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Operations departments, and own communications with national partners and customers.
  • Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong computer/software skills—specifically MS Office Suite (heavy Excel and Word).
  • Ability to acclimate and adapt to ERP and WMS systems.
  • Ability to learn multiple routing systems required by national partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Strong email, phone and in-person communication skills
  • Ability to cross train and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in routing and shipping is encouraged (1+ years)
  • Experience commensurate with job requirements is required

Position Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will work within the Operations department to handle all domestic routing processes for inbound and outbound shipments at the Hickory Distribution Center. The individual will coordinate pickups and deliveries with domestic logistics service providers, communicate and negotiate with logistics service providers, vendors, commerce partners, and work to solve problems for in-transit complications. Your main area of focus will be domestic shipping for major national accounts as well as other key domestic accounts.

Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays:


Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day-one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments, and sick days.
