FNA Group, a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and other outdoor power equipment, is seeking a National Account Manager to expand both DEWALT and Simpson branded pressure washers at Home Depot US/Canada. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with your merchants while collaborating cross-functionally with each of your customer support teams with a purpose of delivering growth, expanded margins and brand awareness.
  • Execute promotional plans both in-store and online, maximizing volume and brand awareness.
  • Manage and further develop the .com platforms for Home Depot NA.
  • Responsible for all forecasting of assigned product lines, both units and dollars, plus incremental promotional opportunities.
  • Track in-store and online performance against established forecast, ensuring we achieve both customer and FNA objectives, plus performance metrics required by our customer.
  • Collaboratively work cross-functionally, leveraging the Brand Advocate program, to improve content, sales volume and profitability.
  • Work with key stake holders in identifying market trends and opportunities, assisting our customers in driving sales.
  • Lead and prepare weekly/monthly recaps highlighting sales, forecasting updates, and opportunities ensuring both customer and FNA teams are aligned.
  • Develop presentations, both internal and customer-focused, communicating FNA ideas and our positions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Build strong relationships with Home Depot Field service team along with Regional Merchandising Managers, driving store execution and sales.

Qualifications

Required

  • Travel is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales / marketing / development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with colleagues across all levels of an organization.
  • Highly comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
  • Ability and interest working with various technologies and customer portals.
  • Experience and knowledge working with online social media and marketing.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred

  • Degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Certifications and/or training in related field is a plus.

We have an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented National Account Manager to expand both DEWALT and Simpson branded pressure washers at Home Depot US/Canada. The National Accounts Manager can work remotely from a home office in the southeastern United States, preferably in the Atlanta, GA area.

Job Description:

As a National Account Manager for FNA Group, you will report to the VP of Retail Sales and will be responsible for expanding both DEWALT and Simpson branded pressure washers at Home Depot US/Canada. You will lead our sales initiatives within each of this customer in efforts of growing our business. Additionally, you will interface with FNA Group Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product teams in developing selling strategies, launching new products and aligning our forecast in efforts of delivering incremental business for each of your customers while maintaining targeted volume and profitability levels.
