  • Identifies differences between corresponding paperwork and actual count; provide updates to the Warehouse Manager and the Buyer identified on the order.
  • Researches inventory variances to find the root cause analysis (RCA) of the audit and assists with corrective actions. Corrects ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Audits the receipt of goods and materials received into the warehouse through transfers and purchase orders.
  • Supports materials movement for production work orders to both plants.
  • Assists in other work areas, as needed, during absences/shortages of staff.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent math aptitude, capable of handling large volumes of item numbers and new product launches.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze and interpret shipping documents.
  • Capable of performing duties and meeting deadlines in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment; tolerance for frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with diverse groups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Able to handle working on and completing projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • High School diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

Preferred

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • 3 years warehouse
  • 2 years in a lead or supervisor role
  • Bi-lingual Spanish

Primary Purpose:

Maintains the accuracy of existing inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments/transfers, production materials and finished goods for two plants under the same roof.

Duties and Responsibilities:
