  • Accountable to delivering clinical results and regulatory compliance.
  • Remain on task and schedule, completing required job responsibilities including reports and other deliverables proactively.
  • Routine, ongoing presence in the local community ensuring the cultivation of referral partner and other professional relationships.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3 years of Executive Director experience in senior living required.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a traditional in-person college or university.
  • A licensed North Carolina administrator or the willingness and ability to get licensed within the first 6 months at the company.
  • Ability and willingness to work fully in-person.

As we enter this next phase of our growth with the opening of our new community, Calyx Living of Wakefield, we are seeking to hire an Executive Director that values a contemporary holistic approach seniors looking for an authentic experience.

An Executive Director is the leader and senior manager in our communities as well as the face of Carillon in the broader local community.

Executive Director Job Responsibilities
