- Six months of experience in an emergency room or critical care environment (e.g., Receptionist, Nursing Assistant, Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, Fire Fighter, Police Officer, 911 Dispatcher, or military service experience)
- Emergency Medical Technician certification

Full-time, 100% FTE day/evening. Shifts are scheduled as Mondays: 11:00am - 11:00pm, Tuesdays: 3:00pm - 11:00pm and Wednesdays: 11:00am - 11:00pm, every other weekend between the hours of 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate's degree in Healthcare related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum - One year of experience in a customer service-related field
Preferred - Six months of experience in an emergency room or critical care environment as: Receptionist, Nursing Assistant, Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, Fire Fighter, Police Officer, 911 Dispatcher, or experience in military service.
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred - Emergency Medical Technician
