****Average salary is $61,380.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

****This position will include a $2500 Sign-On Bonus****

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to add to our team! All you need is a master’s degree in Social Work or a related field and be licensed through the Kansas BSRB. We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will supervise Case Managers and Support Workers who work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Supervisors help staff grow, develop, and build skills that can be utilized directly with families to improve their lives. Supervisors develop trainings, offer guidance, and support to their staff, and help bring positive changes to the children and families receiving services. Supervisors collaborate with community agencies, strengthen relationships, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong leadership skills, and is able to help our staff build their skills and grow. Our supervisors work directly with staff who help families build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships. If you have a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families then working in Family Preservation is for you!
