  • Calculate service computation dates and manage related documentation.
  • Support E&LR programs with administrative tasks such as filing, case tracking, and meeting minutes.
  • Review and correct position descriptions and personnel action requests.
  • Ensure smooth processing of personnel actions across various employment categories (SES, GS, FWS) using the NBC FPPS database.
  • Maintain up-to-date automated personnel information.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience supporting Federal agencies, with familiarity in the duties listed above.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, including managing telephone inquiries, preparing correspondence, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficiency in automated personnel/payroll systems and procedures.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries, manage multiple tasks, and develop effective tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
