  • Create and refine performance reports to drive optimization and future strategies.
  • Support email campaigns with effective setup, dynamic list building, and database management.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in processes and workflows.
  • Manage and standardize platform integrations and data flow from campaigns to reporting systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service/success and revenue operations.

  • Proven ability to facilitate marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Skilled in Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools for creating complex email, forms and landing pages.

  • Campaign optimization, target list development and tracking, and data quality accuracy.
  • Love data with great attention to detail to deliver actionable insights.
  • Team player working collaboratively with other internal teams.

  • Commitment to compliance to ensure regulatory requirements.

  • Marketing Saavy: Gained through formal education in marketing, advertising, or hands-on experience.

WSI/ShippingTree, one of the largest logistics companies in the US, is in need of a marketing operations rockstar to manage our sales, marketing, and revenue operations technology stack. The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee automation, workflows, process improvements, marketing reporting, and provide CRM administration and management. This role is critical to our sales, marketing and overall business success, providing the insights and guidance to support ambitious growth plans. To be successful in this role candidates must have 5 years of experience in marketing automation in a B2B service setting, preferably with a minimum of 2 years exposure to the 3PL, logistics, or ecommerce industries.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Work out of a remote home location, with proximity to an airport for travel via airplane.
  • Travel required; estimates may vary based on home location.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time within an office environment.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding, and answer phone calls/tele calls/chat.
  • Ability to communicate via the telephone/tele video/chat using speaking and hearing skills.
