  • Ensure all new I9 forms are downloaded and saved to the HR shared drive
  • Ongoing maintenance of personnel files and medical records
  • Prepare up-to-date NY and CA pay rate forms (State requirements)
  • Provide the IM department with a weekly report of employee and contractor address
  • Review ongoing employee change reports and update the appropriate shared information
  • Send out benefit e-mails to newly eligible employees, based on pre-established communication schedule
  • Ensure HealthJoy eligibility records match company records with respect to new and terminated employees
  • Act as a back-up when payroll personnel are out of the office
  • All other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • AS/AA Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or HR
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with Paychex, Paylocity and other payroll/HRIS systems a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of applications

Education and Experience
  • AS/AA Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or HR
