  • Conduct personnel development and performance management planning for all direct and indirect reports, including ongoing proficiency training and smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Enforce company Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
  • Support new or improved products and process trials.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years as a Post Harvest Manager, Production Manager, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in team management and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Understanding of production techniques and best practices for high quality cannabis products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Passion for and knowledgeable about Cannabis.
  • Passion for cannabis culture.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a level 2 background screening in Florida.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a warehouse with several environmentally controlled spaces. Environments inside production spaces are subject to large variations in humidity, temperature, CO2, and light exposure. This role routinely uses mechanical sorting and packaging equipment.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Travel:

This position may require light travel.
