Senior Manager Real Estate Legal Counsel – $150K plus bonusLocated in Phoenix, AZOur client is a publicly traded, nationwide property organization expanding their corporate legal team. They are seeking a Senior Manager for Commercial Real Estate Law with over 2 years of industry experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment (3 office days) that provides excellent work-life balance and growth opportunities.The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate closely with the company’s senior Vice Presidents and skilled paralegals. This role will extensively work with in-house leasing, property management, construction, and development departments. Responsibilities will include preparing, creating, and negotiating commercial leases, amendments, brokerage agreements, and purchasing and sale agreements.Minimum qualifications:At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial real estateJuris Doctorate from a law school approved by the American Bar AssociationA keen eye for detail and precisionAbility to collaborate in a team setting and manage multiple projects efficiently
