  • Provide clear direction, set expectations, and offer regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics management.
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics partners and vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
