Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of logistics professionals and third-party logistics partners.Drive and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects to enhance overall logistics performance.Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal efficiency and service level and oversee quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within the assigned locations.Proactively recognize improvement opportunities, create compelling business cases, and secure management approval for implementation.Foster within the logistics team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and provide clear direction, set expectations, and offer regular feedback and coaching to team members.
