Qualifications
Required
- 1+ years experience with CNC milling
- Experience with machine cutting operations
- GED or High school diploma required
- Must pass Drug screen and Background check
Preferred
- Associate's degree, Technical College, or Trade School preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient use of micrometers, height gages, etc
- Familiarity with CMM inspection

Train on first shift 7am-3:30pm for 3 months

What you'll do:
Perform in-process inspections
Performing processing inspections of CNC machines
Make major adjustments to CNC programs and set-ups, troubleshooting
4-5 axis skills needed
set up & program
- 3-5 axis machining experience
- Machine setups/changeovers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication
- Proficient use of micrometers, height gages, etc – familiarity with CMM inspection is a plus
- Tight tolerances (0.010mm)
Operate multiple machines at one time
Read blueprints
Troubleshoot machine setup
Use manufacturing reporting systems
1+ years experience with CNC milling
Experience with machine cutting operations
GED or High school diploma required; Associate's degree, Technical College, or Trade School preferred
