Litigation Associate

Our client, a “best in class” litigation practice group, serving mid-to-large market clients, is seeking an Associate with 3-to-4 years of experience to add to its multigenerational, and otherwise diverse, team. Measurable experience in securities litigation, IP litigation and real estate litigation, preferably in a Big Law or boutique litigation firm, is required. Candidates with more broad-based experience are preferred.

The Associate will be required to have demonstrated experience with matters including patent and trademark as well as copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriations, securities enforcement defense, breach of contracts, restrictive covenants, real estate and construction. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking and analytical abilities. Superior writing skills and the ability to distill complex issues into clear and concise communications with partners and other stakeholders are required for success in this top tier group.

Compensation includes flexible salary in the range of $180K-220K plus bonus and a strong employee benefits package.
