Who We Are Hiring

Renaissance Club is looking for a Booking Concierge! In this role, you are responsible for the curation of every member's journey of experiences. You'll be armed with our proprietary algorithm to help you filter through complex criteria and find the perfect experience for each member.


This is a part-time position which can be done from anywhere with a good wifi signal. As a Booking Concierge, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.


Role Responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for choosing, booking, and purchasing member's experiences based on a host of complex criteria.


  • You will reschedule experiences upon request, and swap experiences out if a member declines the experience you chose for them.


  • You will be emailing directly with members and vendors on a daily basis, offering our highly acclaimed white-glove concierge support.


  • The scope of this role has many opportunities for growth, including eventually running a full team of Booking Concierge and Customer Support staff.


Role Qualifications


  • Natural Leader. Above all, we're looking for someone who is a natural leader, passionate, incredibly engaged, and hard working. We need that early "startup in the garage" energy. If you're a "clock out when your shift is up" type of person, this role is not for you. We want someone who will grow with the company, be able to train a team, and work as many hours as the job takes to get it done.


  • Detail Oriented. If we asked your friends what your top 3 qualities are, one of them should be obsessed with details. In this role, tiny mistakes often have big consequences. You should have a healthy paranoia for double and triple checking your work. Details should bring you joy. If this doesn't come naturally to you, this role isn't for you.


  • Make people smile. What members often love most about Renaissance Club is our white-glove concierge support. You'll be emailing and communicating with your members and vendors every day. This role requires someone who is naturally a people person. Someone with a great sense of language, and an ability to communicate with words that make people smile.


  • Part-time hours. 4 hours per weekday, 2 hours on weekends.


  • Experience. Must have at least 1-3 years experience with Asana (or similar project management software).


  • An owner mindset. As a Concierge, these are not merely Renaissance Club's members, they are your members.


  • Tech saavy. While we don't need you to write code, we do need you to have a strong background with databases and project management softwares (ideally Asana, but similar is fine too).


  • Must live in LA, be fluent in English, and have a basic understanding of LA's geography.
