Responsibilities

  • Maintain and utilize various test equipment, ensure calibration compliance, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electronics Test Technician or similar role in electronics manufacturing or testing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating electronic test equipment and tools.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and principles.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO standards, is desirable.

Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Electronics Test Technician to support a growing technology company located in beautiful Scotts Valley, only minutes from Santa Cruz and just over the hill from Silicon Valley. This is a onsite role with a target pay of $31-34/hour. This is a 2nd Shift position (3pm to 12am) with a 10% Shift Differential.
