Basic Job Functions:
The Mid-West Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a leadership position reporting directly to the Nucor Skyline Sales Manager. Regional Managers have the primary responsibility of leading and developing our teammates and executing on our division sales Strategy.
Nucor Skyline Regions are between 100-175k tons of annual volume with annual revenue near $200 Million.
The Mid-West Region hub office is located at Woodridge, IL. The Regional Manager may be located at the hub, or an optimal location located within the region or at the Nucor Skyline Corporate Headquarters in Rock Hill, SC. Significant travel is required.
Basic Functions:
• Executing the Divisions' sales strategy throughout the sales team
• Ability to strategically manage the order book for the region, coach to and execute on value-based selling, and make strategic decisions to guide the team
• Initiating and implementing an effective teammate development program through coaching, mentoring, training, etc.
