Full Job Description

The job of Clerical Assistant is to assist the office staff members in the smooth and efficient operation of the office so that the office's maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized.

Up to 28.75 hours/week, 221 days/year

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Successful past experience working effectively in an office environment

-Good clerical and computer skills; ability to effectively utilize office technology, demonstrated accuracy in data input

-Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere and to communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community

-Ability to maintain a positive attitude

-Current Act 34, 114 and 151 clearances

-Clerical test will be required
